Ten Racing Post experts give their best bets across all sports on Saturday
Shannon Gabriel to take three or more first-innings wickets
West Indies v England, Third Test, 2pm
England’s batsmen have been blown away by the West Indies' fast bowlers in the first two Tests and the final game of the series takes place in Gros Islet, St Lucia, a venue renowned for producing the quickest pitches in the Caribbean.
Shannon Gabriel will be particularly pleased to return to the Darren Sammy International Stadium, where he took 13 wickets in last year's Test against Sri Lanka.
The powerful paceman picked up three scalps in the first innings of the second Test in Antigua and should pose a huge threat again as the Windies aim to wrap up a 3-0 series win – an 80-1 chance at the start of the tour.

Ireland to beat Scotland by one to 12 points
Six Nations, 2.15
Ireland's players were "bullied" by England last week – in their coach's own words – but Ireland can give as good as they got when they take on Scotland at Murrayfield.
The Scots still have key forwards missing from their ranks and won't get the kind of easy ride they enjoyed against Italy when they take on an imposing and chastened Ireland pack.
Scotland prefer to keep the ball moving and play with tempo and width, but Ireland's priority will undoubtedly be to stop them at source and suffocate the supply of quick ball up front. It could be a grind and the men in green should prevail.
Graham Woods
Captain Courteous
2.30 Turffontein, South Africa
Johannesburg punters will have become accustomed to paying particular attention to any runner ridden by Raymond Danielson on the New course at Turffontein down the years and his mount Captain Courteous has plenty going for him in a decent mile handicap.
The six-year-old, a seven-time winner in 28 races, shoulders top weight but has improved with every one of his three starts in the Highveld region this term, including a gutsy victory from a handy pitch over seven furlongs on this track last month for Saturday's rider.
He should have no issue with the mile and can follow up from his good low draw off a 3lb higher rating.
Dave Randall
Absolute City
2.32 Cagnes-sur-Mer, France
Owner Jean-Claude Seroul's orange and grey hooped colours are a regular feature in the winner's enclosure at Cagnes-sur-Mer and Stephane Pasquier can carry them to success aboard Absolute City in the penultimate heat of the day, the Prix Cirrus Des Aigles.
Trainer Jean-Pierre Gauvin has been in good form recently and Absolute City can build on her win on the Deauville Polytrack just before Christmas over this six-and-a-half-furlong trip.
The biggest danger may be Andrew Hollinshead's Art Collection, who was rewarded for his consistency with a fine win over course and distance last time, but he must overcome a wide draw in order to follow up.
Scott Burton
Watford to beat Everton
Premier League, 3pm
The best bet of the Premier League weekend could be found at Vicarage Road, where Watford look good things to topple Everton.
Watford are having a very good season and are likely to be one of the main challengers to Wolves in the battle to finish seventh.
Midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure is their most influential player and his expected return from injury – following a four-match layoff – is a huge boost.
Everton have had less than three days to recover from the mental and physical fatigue of their 2-0 loss at home to Manchester City on Wednesday and are hard to fancy as they seek to avoid a fifth defeat in six games.
Dan Childs
Cappuccino Man
3.40 Naas, Ireland
There is plenty of competitive action on an eight-race card at Naas and on the face of it there is no more difficult contest than this 23-runner handicap hurdle, but Cappuccino Man has plenty going for him.
His trainer, Oliver McKiernan, is in good form and Naas is one of the tracks where his horses traditionally run well.
Having run respectably in a 2m5f handicap hurdle at Limerick over Christmas, Cappuccino Man stepped up on that considerably when dropped back to this trip at Gowran a couple of weeks ago, staying on strongly from the last to finish a close third in a similar contest.
He probably wants further but this stiffer two miles looks likely to play to his strengths and he should not be far away.
Justin O'Hanlon
Catalans Dragons to beat Huddersfield Giants by one to 12 points
Super League, 5pm
Big things are expected of the Catalans Dragons in 2019 as they seek to build on last year’s landmark Challenge Cup victory at Wembley.
The Dragons added a number of star names such as Sam Tomkins and Matty Smith to their ranks in the off-season, but neither was able to make an impact in round one as the French outfit were comfortably beaten at Castleford.
However, they look ready to make amends at the second time of asking when they welcome an injury-hit Huddersfield Giants, who lost 34-14 in their season-opener at home to Salford, to the south of France.
Matt Ireland
Kerry to lead at half-time against Dublin
GAA, 7pm
Dublin were caught cold by Monaghan in round one of the season and a second defeat from three outings in Division One could be in store at Austin Stack Park.
Kerry look value to cause an upset and the 9-5 on offer about the home side leading at half-time is worth taking.
There is no doubting Dublin are worthy favourites for outright league glory and it is hard to envisage any other outcome to the All-Ireland race than them making it five in a row, but Jim Gavin's men are vulnerable away from Croke Park at the moment.
David Jennings
Brigadier Bullet
9.27 Crayford
Brigadier Bullet can justify his position as ante-post favourite for the competition by taking the red-hot fourth heat of the Ladbrokes Golden Jacket at Crayford.
The Mark Wallis-trained ace, beaten favourite in Romford's Coronation Cup final over 575m last month, has relished the step up to the 714m distance and can take his record to three from three over the sharp eight bends.
Layers rate the up-and-coming Stardom as his chief threat, while 2017 TV Trophy ace Goldies Hotspur brings plenty of stamina to the party, but Brigadier Bullet can quickly take control from trap six and repel all challengers.
Phil Donaldson
Montreal Canadiens to beat Toronto Maple Leafs
National Hockey League, midnight
The Montreal Canadiens can make the most of home advantage to overcome the Toronto Maple Leafs in a battle at the Bell Centre.
The Canadiens have one of the best defensive records since the turn of the year, picking up ten wins from 15 games in that time, with goalie Carey Price successful in his last seven starts.
If Montreal can keep Toronto’s superstar Auston Matthews quiet and avoid unnecessary penalties, they can register a win.
