Owner Jeff Smith believes the sky could be the limit for Dancing Star as the Stewards’ Cup heroine prepares to make the giant leap up to Group 1 company in Saturday’s 32Red Sprint Cup.

The Andrew Balding-trained filly was supplemented for the highlight of Haydock’s Flat season yesterday at a cost of £15,600 – and extra spice was thrown into the mix when Henry Candy revealed brilliant July Cup winner Limato is back in contention as a replacement for Twilight Son, who will defend the crown he won last year only if there is sufficient cut in the ground.
