'She's definitely overpriced' - Shepherd excited for Classic bow on 66-1 shot

There are not many bigger races to ride in for your first Group 1 than the Cazoo Oaks, and Callum Shepherd will do just that at Epsom on Friday when partnering Save A Forest, who he believes will outperform her 66-1 odds.

The Gredley Family-owned filly finished three-quarters of a length behind the reopposing Sherbet Lemon in the Listed Lingfield Oaks Trial, and is one of three runners in the Classic for trainer Roger Varian, who also saddles Zeyaadah and Teona.

Shepherd rode a career-best 77 winners last season, including a second domestic Listed success on Universal Order in the Fred Archer Stakes at Newmarket, and is eagerly awaiting his Classic date.
