All three Sunday cards will go ahead after Sedgefield passed a 7.30am inspection.
The meetings at Leopardstown and Exeter may be higher profile, but it was Sedgefield the weather gods chose to make sweat with the forecast rain putting the meeting in danger.
The track received 18mm of rain on Saturday with a further 6mm possible on Sunday, but clerk of the course Roderick Duncan gave the meeting the green light despite the heavy ground.
"We've had a fair rain and showers are forecast on and off throughout the day," said Duncan. "We're heavy, but they'll get through it. We currently don't foresee any issues with the additional rain we're forecast."
Sedgefield's six-race card will get under way at 2.10pm.
