Seamie Heffernan gives his expert opinion on Aidan O'Brien's Epsom squad
Seamie Heffernan, who has spent a quarter of a century at Ballydoyle and has won the Derby and the Oaks for Aidan O'Brien, believes Bolshoi Ballet "has it all" and described Santa Barbara as "an amazing work horse" as anticipation for the Epsom Classics builds.
Heffernan, 48, who won the 2019 Derby on Anthony Van Dyck, was glowing in his praise of runaway Derrinstown winner Bolshoi Ballet, who is 7-4 favourite with Betfair and Paddy Power to hand O'Brien a record-extending ninth win in the Cazoo-sponsored Derby.
Asked whether Bolshoi Ballet is as straightforward as he has looked this season, Heffernan replied with an emphatic "yes".
