Inspiral impresses as she books ticket for Friday's Group 1 test

Inspiral is set to add further glamour to next week’s July festival at Newmarket after booking her ticket for Friday’s Group 1 Falmouth Stakes with a smart workout on the Cambridge Road Polytrack on Saturday morning. Robert Havlin was in the saddle as the unbeaten daughter of Frankel swept by classy colt Mostahdaf in front of a Clarehaven throng looking on from the watch tower. The Coronation Stakes winner will have a new jockey in Friday’s mile contest following the split between Frankie Dettori and the Gosdens. Mostahdaf, second in the Hardwicke Stakes last time, is already favourite for the Group 2 Princess Of Wales’s Stakes.
