Royal winner Rajasinghe looks on song for first foreign foray
Rajasinghe
Richard Spencer
As a Royal Ascot winner, it was quite right the juvenile was afforded use of the Limekilns trial ground facility, for which there is a £50 supplement. Stevie Donohoe was sitting pretty on the son of Choisir, who ran well under a penalty in the July Stakes last time but will have no added burden in the Group 1 Prix Morny at Deauville a fortnight on Sunday.
Happy Like A Fool
Wesley Ward
Ward made a rare appearance on the Limekilns to give his longtime Newmarket boarder a spin up the trial ground after her mission to Goodwood was called off due to soft ground earlier in the week. Given the way she waltzed by under Ryan Moore, the daughter of Distorted Humor would have taken plenty of stopping in West Sussex and may now head to York.
Stage Magic
Charlie Appleby
The Newbury novice winner tracked a couple of less experienced stablemates on the Limekilns short gallop, a facility favoured by the Moulton Paddocks outfit for their youngsters, but was on top when pulling up. The son of Dark Angel made a splash when scoring by four and a half lengths in Berkshire and could be chucked in the deep end next time.
God Given
Luca Cumani
Jamie Spencer could not do the weight on the half-sister to Postponed when she won in Listed company at Newmarket last time, but he was back in the plate for their latest spin up the long gallop. The three-year-old is to tackle the last Group 3 race in Europe open exclusively to her age group, the Prix Minerve at Deauville, next Sunday.
Great Work!!

Marco Botti
Agent Armando Duarte is not usually quiet for long and he is getting excited about the progress of this son of Dark Angel he manages, who is named after racing driver Max. The youngster was going through the gears on the peat moss gallop on Racecourse Side and is expected to line up on the grid at Haydock or Leicester next week.
