Weld sends out Leopardstown four-timer as Orr and Imaging shine through the rain

The south Dublin sky took no mercy on the students who dressed for summer in a similar way to how Dermot Weld played with his rivals on the track in sending out four winners throughout the afternoon, with Imaging and Oisin Orr proving top of the pile in the feature Heritage Stakes.

With the rain bouncing off his face and the fourth and final winner of the afternoon, the aptly-named Titanium Sky, on her way back to the stableyard for a well-deserved wash down, Weld remembered seasons gone by where he could be depended on for sending out four or even five winners at the track.

“It’s like old times,” Weld said. “I’ve had a couple of five-timers around here but four-timers are very much appreciated. Things are a bit tougher nowadays, but all four winners were very well ridden.”
