Mikey Shone, son of Mike Shone who sold Little Polveir the week before he won the Grand National, believes in Otago Trail he has a horse to carry the family silks at Aintree after his strong staying performance in the 3m handicap chase.

He also believes Bristol De Mai, the horse who pulverised Otago Trail at Haydock last month, must be a Gold Cup horse the way he manhandled his mother's horse and has supported that assertion with his hard earned.
