Track embraces Derby day festivities as Durston embarks on road to Australia
The climax to the feature race won by Durston (second right)
Doncaster did its best to reproduce the Derby atmosphere by hosting a funfair in the middle of the track, but it was Durston who provided the thrills when landing the feature.
The three-year-old was a rare in-training purchase from successful trainer David Simcock by Highclere Thoroughbred Racing last year, despite the horse not having a win to his name
