Getting the first winner on the board from a new yard is always crucial for any trainer and Noel Williams proved no exception when Authorized Too landed the 2m handicap hurdle.

Williams, formerly assistant to Alan King, took up his new quarters at Churn Stables in Blewbury just over six weeks ago and, just for good measure, Authorized Too was his first runner over jumps from the yard.
