Tindaro chase success raises hope of Flat repeat in Spain for Webber

An international flavour wafted around the winner's enclosure throughout the afternoon headed by a possible Spanish matador in Tindaro.

The nine-year-old reacted well to a visor and Richie McLernon letting him dictate in the 2m3½f chase after a flop in the Summer Plate at Market Rasen last time.

Talk immediately turned to San Sebastian in northern Spain, where a year and a month ago he won a 1m6f conditions race under Oscar Urbina.
