Tim Easterby seals the title and hails 'immaculate' Redcar

Praise from a satisfied customer is worth as much as any official award, so Stephen Berry ended the season a happy man.

The track manager and his team have been battling the elements in a tough campaign, which began with heavy rain washing away the first two meetings and continued with virtual non-stop watering through a long dry spell.

And their efforts were acknowledged by Tim Easterby after he sealed his position as top trainer at the track in 2018 by landing the £10,000 7f handicap with Parys Mountain.
