Three winners from three rides for Sean Bowen as brothers dominate

It was an excellent day for Sean Bowen who had three rides on the card and won on them all. For good measure he reached 50 for the season for the fourth time and his brother James also got in on the act by winning on his only ride of the day.

Sean said: "It has been a good day, I think that is the third time I've had a treble."

The middle leg of his hat-trick came on the fragile Malapie, who is a nine-year-old but was having just his ninth start under Rules when he stayed on strongly to win the 2m7½f handicap hurdle.
