Suedois set for return to France after running a 25-1 screamer

Suedois belied his 25-1 odds to run a massive race in the Darley July Cup, beating everything apart from Limato and with two Royal Ascot Group 1 winners following him home in third and fourth.

The David O'Meara-trained French import had been far from disgraced when fifth to Twilight Son (only 14th yesterday) in the Diamond Jubilee Stakes. This effort, however, was even better.
