Subjectivist confirmed himself as a St Leger candidate following an impressive front-running win in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Glasgow Stakes, and will be aimed at going one better than his half-brother Sir Ron Priestley in the Doncaster Classic.

Thursday's win was one of three on the day at Hamilton for the Johnston team. Subjectivist made all and bravely maintained his advantage over Tritonic, providing his trainer with a sixth success in the Listed contest.

Sir Ron Priestley finished second to Logician in the St Leger last season and Paddy Power make Subjectivist a 33-1 shot for the final Classic of the year.
