Jessica Harrington has never been shy of expressing her opinion of how good Sizing Pottsie could be and, while it has taken the jumping of a fence to show it, the quality of his performance in the Grade 3 Flyingbolt Novice Chase at Navan gave notice that could be a future star.

On just his third start over fences in the rearranged Saturday feature, the son of Kapgarde gave an exhibition of jumping under Robbie Power.

This ensured that the trailblazing Yaha Fizz didn't get away from the field as he had at Punchestown last time and that kept the remainder of his opponents on the stretch.
