Easy Tiger completed a full circle for his connections when ending a frustrating run of four seconds in the best possible way by lifting the feature H.A.C. Pipeline Supplies Ltd Handicap.

Winning trainer Malcolm Saunders trained the winner's dam Extremely Rare for the same connections more than a decade ago and was given a second chance when sent Easy Tiger after he had been trained by William Muir.

The five-year-old was turning the clock back to his younger days, when he won three of his first four races aged two and three. The last of which was at Goodwood, where he may be heading next.
