The Duchess Of Cambridge Stakes has been a good springboard to success at the highest level with four of the last five winners going on to Group 1 victory, and Raffle Prize certainly looks capable of continuing that trend.

Her three starts before Newmarket all equated to strong form, and she decisively beat the reopposing Daahyeh, who had beaten her on debut before capturing the Albany at Royal Ascot.

Raffle Prize's Ascot victory may have been over five in the Queen Mary, but she was more impressive over six furlongs on Friday and that looks where her short-term future lies.
