Two For Two gets there just in time to land the feature at AyrCredit: John Grossick

Two For Two was beaten a nose in last year's renewal of the feature £12,000 1m handicap but was not to be denied this time, getting on top close home to bag the victory.

Finn Class, the winner of the race two years ago, hit the front perhaps a few yards too soon as Two For Two finished powerfully nearest the stands.

The margin of victory may only have been a head but this was a comfortable win for a horse who had failed to score in over two years but was described by trainer Roger Fell as one of the most popular horses in his yard.
