Cheltenham Festival winning jockey Paddy Aspell rolled back the years to land a first winner over jumps in seven years.

His victory came on the Adam West-trained Final Choice in a hurdle race for Flat-licensed riders.

Aspell, who won the Ultima Handicap Chase with Chief Dan George in 2010, has now transferred his attention to the Flat but his experience over hurdles counted as he took on the likes of Charles Bishop and Josephine Gordon to win by a length and a quarter in the 2m event.
