Off You Go leads home 1-2-3 for McManus in Ladbrokes Hurdle

Off You Go became the first back-to-back winner of the Ladbrokes Handicap Hurdle since Redundant Pal achieved the same feat in 1989 and 1990.

The Charles Byrnes-trained six-year-old prevailed by a length in a finish dominated by JP McManus-owned horses, with the victorious owner's Jezki and Ivanovich Gorbatov finishing second and third.

Mark Walsh produced Off You Go to win from well off the pace, after which Byrnes said: "He was a bit further back than we would've liked but Mark did a good job to get him settled and the horse came home strongly.
