Not again! Don't tell Harris and Equally Fast that it's better to travel . . .

Ron Harris was unable to saddle his sprinter Equally Fast for the second day running after a catalogue of travel disasters that the trainer is hoping can be resolved in time for Doncaster this weekend.

Chepstow-based Harris had hoped to win the second division of the 5f handicap with his topweight after a breakdown robbed him of the chance of a similar opportunity at Wolverhampton the previous day, but the fates conspired against him again.

He said: "There was a problem with the ABS switch on the horsebox and we got only as far as Monmouth yesterday and we had to withdraw.
