Old friends were reunited in the feature Coolmore Stud Home Of Champions Concorde Stakes at Tipperary as Yulong Gold Fairy, making it back-to-back wins in the Group 3 contest, stuck it to former stablemate Imaging in a driving finish.

Making her debut for Jim Bolger, having been with Dermot Weld, Yulong Gold Fairy confirmed her effectiveness in testing conditions with a battling performance.

Winning rider Kevin Manning said: "It went pretty straightforward from flag fall and it was my first time to ride her.
