Willie Mullins may well have a Ladbrokes Trophy candidate capable of following up Total Recall's victory in the race last year in the shape of Kemboy. Owned by the Supreme Racing Club, Mullins had next month's Newbury target in mind for the son of Voix Du Nord even before his appearance in yesterday's Clonmel Oil Chase.

The second-season chaser, not seen since winning at Punchestown in April, managed to surprise and delight the champion trainer as he registered a convincing success under Paul Townend.
