Martyn Meade is dreaming of next year's Qipco 2,000 Guineas after watching his emerging stable star Method make it two wins from two starts in the Listed bet365 Rose Bowl Stakes.

Sent off a warm favourite before delivering what was expected on debut at Doncaster, Method again started as the well-fancied market leader and made it look easy under Oisin Murphy.

"I think he's very good on that showing," said Meade. "It was a hands-and-heels ride and the horses finished in the right order. He lived up to every expectation."
