Mackay closing in on 2016 total after Magic strike
Nicky Mackay is enjoying his best start to a season and a second win in 12 days on Roundabout Magic took his score to 13, only two short of his total for the entire year in 2016.

Mackay, who will be riding for John Gosden as usual when the season gets into full swing, said: "Roundabout Magic has turned a corner. I thought he was up against it as I won on Mercers last time and thought she would be hard to beat. He's only tiny and he had gone up 4lb, but he has improved."
