Kerry Lee has "no time" for new year's resolutions but she achieved a long-held ambition by conjuring a win out of Sir Will.

She hadn't landed a race with the six-year-old, who joined her in 2016, and was "absolutely gutted" to see him fall at the first fence on his chasing debut at Towcester ten days earlier.

And the trainer was full of praise for Jamie Moore, who drove the 6-1 shot to a game neck victory in the 2m7½f maiden hurdle.
