Bouncebackability is a word that springs to mind when it comes to Willie Mullins' Supreme Racing Syndicate-owned Kemboy.

From getting no further than the first in the Irish Grand National on Easter Monday, Kemboy recovered from that mishap to get himself firmly back on track, winning Limerick's feature Grade 3 Novice Chase under Paul Townend.

Kemboy had previously posted a good effort when fourth in the JLT Novices’ Chase at Cheltenham, but in taking yesterday’s €42,500 prize, he confirmed himself as a promising stayer after notching his first win over three miles.
