It will be a case of crossing everything for Daryl Jacob as targets a career-best seasonal tally after a double courtesy of successes for Talent To Amuse and Like The Sound.

The rider posted his best ever total of winners back in the 2011-12 term when putting 83 on the board and the brace on Saturday took him on to 76 so far this season with five weeks still to run.

He said: “I could not be more pleased with the way things have gone all year as I am riding for some really excellent trainers and have a great supportive relationship with my retaining owners Simon Munir and Isaac Souede.
