Creggs Pipes is unstoppable right now and took the leap from handicaps to Listed level in her stride when making every yard in the Cairn Rouge Stakes, the feature event on the opening night of the hugely popular July festival.

Fresh from a pair of 1m handicap wins at the Curragh, Creggs Pipes was pitched in at the deep end last night but relished the step up in class and fended off the late surge of Assume to score by a neck for trainer Andy Slattery.
