Joseph O'Brien unveiled one of his best bumper horse of the season so far on a dull, drizzly afternoon, but a domestic campaign for the remainder of the season looks on the agenda for Early Doors.

Patrick Mullins took the mount on the unraced son of Soldier Of Fortune, and while he took advantage of an unexpected golden highway on the inside rail turning for home, he proved much superior to his rivals and went further clear to the line in beating well-touted joint-favourite Remastered by nine lengths.
