Nicola Currie, successful in the 5½f novice auction on Hot Scoop for her biggest supporter Jamie Osborne, is determined to expand her contacts book now racing has resumed and is intent on scaling the heights that made her hot property in the weighing room in 2018, when she rode 81 winners.

That figure dropped to 48 last year, although it was her first without a claim and she missed a crucial month with a back problem.

"I was delighted where I was before that injury, which put the stop on things," she said.
