There's no place like home. Scottish trainer Keith Dalgleish wasted little time getting back to winning ways after a minor quiet spell as racing returned to the country for the first time in 98 days.

It only took until the second race for the Carluke trainer to end a run of 29 runners without success courtesy of the promising Volatile Analyst in the 6f novice stakes.

Dalgleish, the leading trainer north of the border, had the local knowledge of Ayrshire jockey Danny Tudhope on his side as Anthony O'Callaghan's colt, who was fourth behind Commonwealth Cup winner Golden Horde in last season's Group 2 Richmond Stakes, made a successful comeback.
