Harrington's Alpha favourite for Albany after impressive success

Jessica Harrington left Royal Ascot trials day at Naas in little doubt that Alpha Centauri, now 3-1 favourite for the Albany Stakes, was deserving of taking her chance at the royal meeting.
The giant Mastercraftsman filly, owned by the Niarchos family, oozed class as she accounted for Actress for the second time in less than a month.
"If she goes to Ascot she will go to the Albany," Harrington said. "She was very good and when she went, she just went. She showed a very good turn of foot and she's just so relaxed.
