Harry Fry said his wife Ciara was left in tears after watching multiple Grade 1 winner Unowhatimeanharry roll back the years to claim the 3m½f Pertemps qualifier under 7lb claimer Kevin Brogan.

After struggling to reclaim the top form that saw him sent off a 5-6 favourite for the 2017 Stayers' Hurdle after a run of eight straight wins on joining Fry's yard, the trainer revealed discussions had taken place over whether to retire Unowhatimeanharry before deciding to roll the dice with his star hurdler one more time.
