Frankel filly Queen Kindly rules supreme in Listed sprint

Queen Kindly confirmed that sprinting is very much her forte when winning for the first time this season in the £55,000 Listed EBF Stallions Highfield Farm Flying Fillies' Stakes.

Last year's Group 2 Lowther Stakes scorer began the campaign with Classic aspirations but since finishing well beaten in the 1,000 Guineas, the Jaber Abdullah-owned daughter of Frankel has been brought back in trip.

Queen Kindly, described by Richard Fahey last year as the best filly he has trained, was on the right end of a tight finish under Tom Eaves, having suffered a short-head defeat in last month's Group 3 Summer Stakes at York.
