Four he's a jolly good trainer - Williams keeps up Swinton dominance with Streak

Evan Williams made Marwan Koukash's four Chester Cups in ten years look positively pedestrian as he landed a fourth Pertemps Network Swinton Hurdle in six seasons with Silver Streak.

He has taken a firm grip on the first £100,000 race of the new jumps season and his grey followed up the victories of Barizan,Ballyglasheen and John Constable.

"There are bad habits and good habits – and this is a good habit!" joked the trainer, who clearly enjoys racing on Merseyside as he has had five horses make the frame in the Grand National since 2009.
