Jason Watson enjoys his weekends in East Anglia and he kept his good run going with a double highlighted by the track record-breaking success of Godolphin's Victory Wave in the featured 7f handicap.

The 3lb claimer, who had a productive spell on the July course at Newmarket through the summer, was partnering his third successive winner for Saeed Bin Suroor on the four-year-old and in a £50,000 handicap to boot.

Victory Wave was bouncing back from a poor run at York last time when she may have been in season.
