Fin And Game upholds smart family name by winning on hurdles debut

Fin And Game upheld his family's reputation by making a winning debut over hurdles in the 2m novice.

He is three-parts brother to the smart Peddlers Cross who won the Neptune Novice Hurdle at the 2010 Cheltenham Festival and went on to finish runner-up to Hurricane Fly in the following season's Champion Hurdle.

He finished in the frame in his two bumpers last season but he will likely make a better jumper as he galloped on strongly for Will Kennedy to record a fluent nine-length success over Not That Fuisse.
