Fell eager to get his teeth into 2019 as course ace Zylan returns in style

Plenty of people dread a visit to the dentist, but any apprehension Roger Fell had before his stint in the chair may have been eased by Zylan, who continued his fine record at the track in the £8,000 feature.

Victory in the 6f event now means the seven-year-old has won five times from six visits to the Nottinghamshire track.

It was his first outing since August, but he did not lack fitness under 5lb apprentice Ben Sanderson.
