Enable half-sister Entitle lands first victory in mile novice stakes

Emulating the achievements of half-sister and dual Arc heroine Enable will prove a remarkably tall order but Entitle proved she is a still smart prospect with victory on her second start in the mile novice stakes.

The daughter of Dansili stepped up on her summer debut at Newmarket to deny Equal Sum by a length with the pair almost three lengths clear of their closest pursuers.

Entitle’s victory was aided by a certain Ryan Moore, not the world’s leading Flat jockey but a work-rider for trainer John Gosden who plays an immensely important role.
