Double delight: Hales happy as Hiconic and For Pleasure boost yard's good form

Hiconic has proved iconic for owners Golden Equinox Racing this month with the racing club celebrating her third juvenile hurdle success in two weeks at a sunny Stratford.

The Alex Hales-trained filly followed up victories at Newton Abbot and Bangor by defying a double penalty to score by eight and a half lengths under William Kennedy.

Hiconic is following in the footsteps of stablemate Maria Magdalena, who won three juvenile hurdles and finished second in the Listed Wensleydale Hurdle at Wetherby last season for the Edgcote trainer.
