Jim Crowley re-ignited his jockeys' title challenge on the well-backed Aflame at the Norfolk track to leave him just four shy of reigning champion Silvestre de Sousa.

After drawing a blank on Monday, Crowley got the wheels back on his bandwagon with a timely double as De Sousa is set to resume action after a ban on Wednesday.

Before steering the Sir Michael Stoute-trained Aflame to a second course-and-distance win in the 7f handicap, Crowley had kicked off the card with success on Kind Of Beauty in the 1m juvenile fillies' maiden.
