Cotswolds fates indiscriminate but Geraghty and Russell constant amid the chaos

As the Cotswolds shadows lengthened and the evening came, the busy world that is Prestbury Park’s grandstand congregation hushed.

Easysland’s rider Jonathan Plouganou carried the JP McManus silks to a third triumph on the card in the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase but he might have been the church mouse scavenging between pews in an empty basilica for all the noise that greeted him.

They say Cheltenham in March would tame lions. This time, it was a tiger. Nay, the Tiger.
