Nolan in the mood after different kind of hat-trick

David Nolan was the man responsible for grasping the meeting by the scruff of the neck as he oozed confidence in the saddle to secure the first three races.

Seldom do we see hat-tricks achieved through mounts provided by three different trainers and Nolan, who was celebrating his third career treble, said: “I was delighted with that and was particularly impressed with Leodis Dream, who looks a nice juvenile.”

The David O’Meara-trained Leodis Dream successfully defied a 7lb penalty in the 5f novice stakes, while Declan Carroll and Noel Wilson were the other beneficiaries of Nolan’s hot streak, as he steered Jem Scuttle and Majdool respectively to handicap victories.
