Brian Ellison delighted after quickfire double at Perth and Redcar

Lucky Robin and First Flight scored within ten minutes of each other to orchestrate a quickfire across-the-card double for Brian Ellison.

Lucky Robin defied a 10lb rise for his roaring success at Market Rasen 11 days prior with another taking victory in the 2m handicap hurdle at Perth, holding off the challenge of favourite Chef De Troupe.

His win was followed approximately eight minutes later by First Flight in the 1m2f seller at Redcar, who scooted clear under Ben Robinson by six lengths to justify even-money favouritism.
