Better than Frankel? Who knows, but Carson insists Baaeed is better than Nashwan

Rare and precious are the moments when you witness an equine athlete blessed with the outrageous brilliance of Baaeed. On this unforgettable Knavesmire afternoon, we were in the presence of Baaeed at his most magnificent.
The recent history of the Juddmonte International is extraordinary. It was only ten years ago that Frankel produced a display almost beyond description, one some considered to have been unmatched before or since. What Baaeed did here will not earn quite the same stratospheric numbers Frankel achieved then, but it was still one of the all-time great performances by one of the all-time great thoroughbreds. Of that, there can now be no doubt.
