Andrews benefits again as boyfriend Skelton watches on from the sidelines

Bridget Andrews, the beneficiary of Harry Skelton getting off Mohaayed in the County Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival, stood in for her boyfriend to good effect once again when guiding Roksana home in the £40,000 novice handicap hurdle for mares.

Skelton was due to partner the six-year-old, who is trained by his brother Dan, but a crunching fall on the ill-fated North Hill Harvey in the Grand Annual has forced him onto the sidelines, allowing conditional Andrews another opportunity in the limelight.

It was one she took with both hands, saying: "It's unbelievable. Unfortunately Harry has been stood down for a bit longer, but he's delighted as long as I'm on them.
