Addeybb to tackle Lockinge after passing first Group test in style

In the Lincoln, Addeybb looked like a Group horse masquerading as a handicapper and on Friday he produced the proof as he ran away from a field of seasoned Pattern performers to claim the Group 2 bet365 Mile.
Raised 10lb for his Doncaster display, Addeybb ensured he will not be seen in that grade for the foreseeable future by beating Stormy Antarctic and Aljazzi by two and three-quarter lengths and a neck on his first foray at Group level.
